Customer Review

First of all, it's not a vacuum and if you don't expect it to act like one you'll get along fine with it. It's a glorified broom really that works great on carpets. It's pretty good on tile floors but I only have a very small kitchen so I can't really say but it seems to do well. I have a cardboard scratchy thing for my cat that makes a mess and it doesn't like that too much - but then neither do I so I can't blame it. (The cat loves it though). It works great on cat litter and your hair, my hair, long Lucy-fur ragdoll cat hair but you do need to clean out the rollers which, since there are 4 of them, can be time consuming. So it's great but now that I think about it - I definitely prefer my Dyson but this thing is nice for keeping your carpet looking neat between major vacuums or if you're about to have company, etc. All the brushes working at once are pretty cool, and it does a great job, it's easy and convenient to empty, and the charge lasts long enough.

It works as advertised and is great for cleaning up cat litter off my granite floors. However, it seems kinda cheap and flimsy and I'm not expecting it to last a real long time - though I would most likely purchase another one because no other sweeper on the market does what it can do!

This product is TOTAL JUNK! It has limited suction, and while it is convenient to use on areas such as stairs, the handle snapped off at the joint while being used (no pressure applied). The manufacturer, when contacted, told me that since more than 90 days had passed, although I had owned it far less than 6 months, the only thing they could/would do for me is sell me a new one. There are far better products available on the market, with much greater durability. I do not routinely write product reviews, but consumers, BEWARE! This is a waste of money!
